Another Iris

Difficult, this one. Getting the very dark colour in Watercolour took quite a bit of layering.

    the depth of the colours is amazing for watercolour. Also the contrast is great and the clean transition between dark and light colours... you know your way with a brush...

    I also love the yellow one, of course!
